RIBBON BLENDERS

The RIBBON BLENDERS/MIXERS is a horizontal heavy duty blender with dust tight top cover in a U-shaped trough design. There is a specially designed heavy duty spiral agitator mounted on a center shaft effectively sealed to prevent leakage, The shaft is rotating in the U-shaped trough body at 40 RPM by gear box and motor via pulleys.
The mixer quickly produces a thorough and homogeneous blend and directs the mixing to the discharge outlet at the base of the trough making the mixer self emptying.
The discharge is fitted with lever operated sliding gate which fits flush with the base of the trough. Thus avoiding the formation of a pocket of material which under other conditions would not get mixed.
The spiral contra flow actions agitators can be removed from the shaft. This greatly facilitates cleaning.
 

PADDLE BLENDERS

FINEX introduces the Fastest most efficient fluidzed mixers, These new mixers have counter rotating paddle action representing an entirely new generation in mixing technology. They provide complete homogeneity with mix variance that is less than 1% in seconds rather than minites. It also prevents a resegregation if mixing cycles a. continued beyond completion even where the particles are of widely different sizes and density.
In this design the power is discharged in bulk through large ‘Bombay’, door, (full bottom opening) at the bottom of the mixing chamber for very quick discharge and elimination of resegregation.
This design is based on a European design where slow counter rotating paddles create a fuidized 'zero gravity’ zone. In this zone all particles are in constant random motion. Liquid addition can be done directly through spray nozzies mounted directly above the mixing chamber.
The mixing cycle time is reduced to seconds and by a fast discharge the mixer can provide a through put/per hour of upto 60 times the rated capacity. The short cycle time and slow paddle speed means that even the most fragile material can be handled without mechanical or friction at induced heat damage.
