LUMP CRUSHER

Working System is for reducing irregular wet and dry lumps from 200mm down to 6mm Crushing takes place between inward opposite rotating camshaft and heavy slotted screen. Material is centrally fed and centrally discharged at a uniform size.

HAMMERMILL

Working system is for disintegrating dry wet crushing material Infeed100mm down to 5mm screen passing .Pulverizing takes place between swinging hammers and a half serrated liner and bottom screen ranging from 3mm to 0.5mm screen. Size reduction is effected between the liner and screen by the swinging hammers. Material is fed from the side or the centre and the discharge is from the bottom Can grind upto 3 on moh scale.

APPLICATION
For coarse and medium fine grinding of wet dry fiberous non fiberous capacities ranging from 10 kgs/hr to 10 tons/hr. Various sizes are offered using 3HP to 75Hp.

UNIVERSAL MILL

Working System is for medium to fine grinding in narrow particle size band dry and wet materials. Size reduction from 60mesh to 300 mesh There are attachments pin mill, micro shredder attachments. Grinding takes place between rotating and fixed parts ground material is discharged from the stationary screen drum fitted with 3mm to 5mm screen. Material is ground in stages so large air volumes are created and cool grinding takes place which is very vital for food such as spices where color, flavor, taste, aroma are vital.

PLASTIC GRINDING MILL (PGM)

Working System Specially designed for grinding HDP and LDP Granules rotomouldings plastic scrap for medium fine grinding size reduction takes place in a large grinding chamber body between a rotating serrated drum and fixed serrated liner and screen drum material is fed from the side into the center the body is jacketed and kept cool by chilled water to ensure that temperature remains below 60 degree in the grinding chamber. The Grinding mill is run with a pneumatic conveying system to ensure continuous discharge of ground powder. Infeed is controlled by a Vibrating Feeder to feed at preset rate.

Size reduction of plastic from 6mm to 80 mesh

ULTRA FINE GRINDING MILL (UFM)

Working System specially designed for grinding powders to micons this is a Screen less pulverizer having vane type rotor with fixed tips rotating in a stationary peripheral liner having a large throughput area. Grinding takes place by mechanical impact and particle interaction. There is a gap plate between rotor and in built blower that controls particle size. The grinding chamber is kept cool by circulation of chilled water in the outer grinding chamber which is jacketed. Regulated feed is done by vibrator and pneumatic conveying system is connected for collection of ground powders.

APPLICATION
Size reduction for heat sensitive chemicals dyes tobacco snuff minerals to reduce from 3mm to 20 microns.

AIR SWEPT MILL (ASM)

This is a Screen less Pulverizer based on the hammer mill concept there are swinging hammers on a shaft which is grinding the material between the top and bottom serrated liners. There is a whizzer fixed on the discharge point that only allows fine ground powder to be sucked by the blower fitted onto the shaft. The blower sucks The ground powder and discharges the same into a cyclone. The ASM is always fitted with a pneumatic conveying system.
